Cheryl Van Dyke is Senior Manager leading the Supply Chain Risk Management Team for General Dynamics Mission Systems.
Cheryl’s team is responsible for identifying, mitigating, and preventing risk that could cause disruptions to our global supply chain and impede successful completion of the mission in support of those we serve. Cheryl is part of a supply chain management team that works in concert with the business to be a strategic advantage for General Dynamics. Cheryl and her team work cross-functionally and throughout the corporation to ensure critical information and strategies are shared with the stakeholders allowing for stronger preventative initiatives and faster response times.
Prior to Cheryl’s current position, she held various positions across General Dynamics’ business units within supply chain, field operations, finance, and business operations.
Cheryl started her career in an academic setting as a Department of Defense research contractor focused on prevention, risk, and readiness of our military personnel throughout the service branches, in addition to various other studies. She received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and Psychology, as well as her Master’s, from The State University of New York at Stony Brook University and her Juris Doctorate from Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center Touro Law Center
